BBUGS – Technical Meeting – Mackay Resource Centre of Excellence
Following the 9th Bowen Basin Symposium, hosted by the Bowen Basin Geologist’s Group, BBUGS will be having a technical meeting at the Resource Centre of Excellence (RCOE) in Mackay.
BBUGS will be holding a special event at the Mackay Resource Centre of Excellence, Mackay. This event will follow on from the Bowen Basin Geology Group’s Bowen Basin Symposium (15-17th September).
For this event we are hosting tour groups at some of our sponsor’s Mackay factories, a wander around the RCOE underground mining training facility and some in-situ product demonstrations. The afternoon festivities will include a networking lunch at the RCOE as well as some technical presentations.
Special Event Agenda:
07:00 – 10:00: Sandvik (DSI) factory tour
07:00 – 10:00: Jennmar factory tour
10:30 – 12:00: RCOE underground mine tour, featuring Strata Worldwide product demonstrations
12:00 – 15:00: Networking lunch and technical presentations at the RCOE.
